Who we are!
Asuna Akemi (which Project Akemi is part of) is a business started by Asuna Ayami that aims to support and help manage indie VTubers. We are based in The Netherlands.We value the independence of VTubers, so we are not a VTuber Agency but rather are an independent organization hired by Indie VTubers to help them out with many of the behind-the-scenes tasks that comes with being a professional entertainer online.The idea of Project Akemi started in June of 2024 after the founder Asuna went on a hiatus as a VTuber. Asuna Akemi was then officially launched in September of 2024.
Asuna aims to use her 8 years of experience as a Content Creator and VTuber & 15 years as Tech Support to help out other VTubers but also offer services barely any other manager offers.

How we work!
You reach out to us through email or Discord, afterwards we discuss who you are, what you want and what it is likely going to cost.
I set up the contract and we start.Depending on the commission and if we have worked together before, I will charge 30% of the estimated price in advance.
The 2nd payment will be halfway through the commission after the first delivery.
The final payment is done after the commission is finished.If I become your manager, you get your own section in the Discord server where we have all the business communication.All files we share with each other is done through the Google Drive of Project Akemi, so everything important is saved and so that compression doesn't lower the quality.While we sound very serious here, I do like to be casual in talking.
